RETURN POLICY
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & TERMS
- If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, you can return it instantly to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
- If the size of a product does not match the one you ordered.
- You cannot return a product because of a change of mind.
2. PRODUCT CONDITIONS
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, freebies, and accessories.
3. RETURN & REFUND PROCESS
When you claim a return, our customer service team will call you and receive your return claim. If your return claim is approved by us then a delivery man will go to your doorstep and collect the parcel from you. Once your return parcel is received at our warehouse we will inspect it and verify the claim. If the parcel meets our above-mentioned (1 & 2) conditions, your refund process will be initiated. You will get the refund through your desired gateway within 7 working days.
