1. Return Eligibility & Terms
You may return the product under the following conditions:

If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, you may return it instantly to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

If the size of the product does not match the one you ordered.
Returns will not be accepted due to change of mind or personal preference.
2. Product Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.

The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

The product must include all original tags, manuals, freebies, and accessories.
3. Return & Refund Process

After submitting a return request, our customer service team will contact you to verify the claim.

If the return request is approved, a courier representative will collect the parcel from your address.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected and verified.

If the product meets the above conditions (Sections 1 & 2), the refund process will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed through your preferred payment method within 7 working days.

We kindly request customers to check the product within 24 Hours of delivery and report any issues. As our products are imported; return, refund, exchange, warranty, or guarantee will not be applicable after this period.
