REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility & Terms

You may return the product under the following conditions:

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, you may return it instantly to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

  • If the size of the product does not match the one you ordered.

  •  Returns will not be accepted due to change of mind or personal preference.

2. Product Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The product must include all original tags, manuals, freebies, and accessories.


3. Return & Refund Process

  • After submitting a return request, our customer service team will contact you to verify the claim.

  • If the return request is approved, a courier representative will collect the parcel from your address.

  • Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected and verified.

  • If the product meets the above conditions (Sections 1 & 2), the refund process will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed through your preferred payment method within 7 working days.

Please note:
We kindly request customers to check the product within 24 Hours of delivery and report any issues. As our products are imported; 
return, refund, exchange, warranty, or guarantee will not be applicable after this period.
